How to Purchase

Order Online
You may simply place your order online.  It's simple & fast.

Step 1 :-  Select the product 
You may select by product categories : Flowers, Gifts, Hampes etc
After select the product categories, you may narrow your selection by filter out the products by price, occasions or type of flower.

Step 2 :-  Select the product option
Please click on the picture of the product selected for the details of the product.  Select your options & click "Add To Cart".  You may add to your wish list for your future reference or add to compare list. 
You can select few products & later just remove the unwanted products in the cart.

After selected the products, click "View Cart" & check the products in the cart & remove unwanted products.
After satisfy with the selection, click "Checkout" which will bring your to Check Out page.
If you unsatisfied with the selected product, click "Continue Shopping" where you can reselect your desire product.

Step 3 :-  Check Out
In the Checkout page, please sign in if you are returning customer. 
If you are new customer, please "Register" yourself.   Registered users can login at a later date to check the status of their orders, change preferences, and expedite future purchases. 
However, if you don't want to register an account, just proceed with the purchase by "Checkout as Guest".

Key in your contact information, delivery date & time.  We will do our utmost best to fulfill your requested delivery day and time. Each flower / gift delivery comes with a FREE message card.  So don't forget  filling in the required message card fields.  If you which to keep the sender's name secret, please key in ' -NIL- ' in the "From" column.

Key in the Billing Address and Shipping Address (Delivery Address), select the Shipping Method (Delivery Method) where delivery charges will be calculated automatically (if any), click "Save" & proceed to Payment Method.

Your may select your desire payment method by NbePay (Credit Card - Visa or MasterCard), ATM / Online Fund Transfer, Cheque or COD.

Last, please let a note to us if you have any special requests to the order(s) or product(s).

Please ensure that all information is provided accurately to avoid any delays in the delivery of your order(s).

You may place your order simply by calling our friendly Customer Service Official at 603-9131 6202 and they are happy to help you with your enquiries and orders.


By Fax
You also can fax in your orders using the fax order form to 603-9130 6202.  
We will call you back for the confirmation of your order.
All corporate orders must be faxed over affixed with a company's stamp to help us facilitate your order.

All order received will be confirmed by phone or email.  If you do not hear from us after an hour during office hour, please call us at 603-9131 6202 so that we will not miss your order.

For urgent delivery, please call us so that we can proceed with your order immediately.

 

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Redirection

Cancellation of order must be made at least one working day in advance before the delivery date or a surcharge of 50% of the selling price will be charged. 
A surcharge of RM 10 applies for redirection of orders.

 reserved the right to substitute any item that is of equivalent or greater value depending on stock availability.

Please note pricing may subject to change and prices are not applicable on Valentine's Day.  There will be a price increase for roses seven (7) days before Valentine's Day (8/2 to 14/2).  Roses deliveries on this period will be based on the new price, regardless of order placed before the price change.
