Delivery On Sundays, Public Holidays And Special Occasions  (Peak Period)
(E.g. Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas & Chinese New Year) 

We provide FREE delivery for Sundays, Public Holidays and Special Occasions within FREE DELIVERY ZONES.  

There will be a surcharge of RM30 for areas Outside Free Delivery Zones.
Please select "Deliver on Sundays / Public Holidays" as your Shipping Method / Delivery Method during Checkout. 

Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance for deliveries on Sundays, Public Holidays & Special Occasions as special arrangement is required.

 

We will do our utmost best to fulfill your requested delivery day and time. 

Please place your order  in advance to ensure that flowers/gifts ordered can be delivered on time. 
We accept orders up to 30 days in advance.


Express Delivery (Not available during peak period)
You may have your gifts delivered within 2 hours after confirmation with a minimal charges of RM20.

Express delivery only available within Free Delivery Zones & Kajang areas.

Cake Delivery

Please place your orders at least one working day prior to delivery date.

Same day is available but the flavour of the cakes will subject to stock availability.

Kindly note that for cake deliveries, there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.


Cancellation Of Order

Cancellation of order must be made at least one working day in advance before the delivery date or a surcharge of 50% of the selling price will be charged.  Should the order be cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.  


Redirection Of Order
In the event that the original address given is wrong, the order may be redirected.  A surcharge of RM10 will be imposed for redirection of orders.



Terms & Conditions

Ideal Gifts Place will not responsible for late or non delivery of the flowers & gifts in the following circumstances:-

  • The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given & there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
  • Recipient's info such as address & contact number provided is incorrect.
  • Refusal from the recipient (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made).
  • During peak festivals such as Deepavali, Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day & Mother's Day where high demand for delivery is expected.
  • Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control.
